We have had a great summer and can't believe in a few short weeks it will be THAT time again. School will be starting very soon for everyone. I love the summer months of no set schedules and plans, but also enjoy the routine that the school year brings in the fall. Although, this school year will be a little different with the oldest heading off to college. It will definitely take some adjusting this year. Pray for my sweet children and pray for me that I won't let my insecurities hold them back from chasing their dreams. It's gonna be a blast for Tyler!

More Summer....
Six flags and white water trips, hanging at the pool and impromptu outings with friends are what summer time is all about.

More summer memories
This years 4th of July was definitely a little different because of all the rain, rain and more rain we received. Everything was wet! I can't believe I didn't take any pictures from the annual party and fireworks at the Warner's, it was just to wet. On the actual 4th this year, my sweet husband did something a little different...he ran the Peachtree and he has the shirt to prove it. KL talked him into running it and now I think he's hooked. This may become a new tradition to add each year.

Still playing catch up...
I am still playing catch up on all the fun things that have happened in the last few months and have completely thrown order out the window. More random photos so we can capture a small piece of this life we are so truly blessed with.
Grayson had a blast at her first ever 4-H camp. A week was too long to be gone from me though. I wanted to go pick her up on Tuesday and Don had to remind me she was having fun and I needed to let go a little. First picture is the day she left and Second picture is day she returned. I think she aged about 3 years in that one week. She definitely came home a little older and sassy.
Tyler and me after Graduation Sunday at Church. Loved seeing him up there accepting his Bible. After all our sweet Church is where it all began. He went to kindergarten at TUMC.
And finally for this post we have celebrated birthdays. Tyler turned the big 18 and Parker turned 12. Another year has passed all too quickly.

Ahhh...Sweet Summer Time!
Love Summer schedules and the fun impromptu things that happen during the summer months. Grayson went to her first concert last Friday. She had a blast seeing One Direction. I have never heard so many screaming little girls all in one place in my life. I must admit it was so much fun having a little girl time. We had to start the evening doing a little shopping first for fabric for her room redo then we grabbed a bite to eat before heading to the concert.
The next evening we enjoyed an early dinner with dad for my birthday then enjoyed a summer evening hanging outside with friends. Nothing like a friendly corn hole game and some music while kids were outside riding bikes and neighbors out for evening walks. Love joking with our friends and just relaxing with those who know us best!

Easter and Confirmation
Easter Sunday was special in multiple ways this year. We were able to also celebrate Parker's confirmation. I am so proud and blessed to have such wonderful Godly children. I pray that they will continue to grow in their relationship with God and I pray that I will be the example God wants me to be for them.

Tyler has been accepted
Tyler has received acceptance into University of North Georgia! We could not be more proud. He will be a new cadet this fall well on his way to majoring in history and a career in the military. I am excited for the new chapter in his life, but I can promise I will be shedding the tears come graduation day and then the day he heads off to college.
